The company was established in 2010, with a total investment of USD 15 million. The major shareholders are Taiwan Baiying System Technology Co., Ltd. and American SamPro Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The plant and office occupancy with the area of more than 30,000 square meters has been built. The company’s headquarter is in Jiangsu Shuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Zhengjiang has two branches which set after-sales service outlets in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing.
The company has built Jiangsu Intelligent Polymer Material Production Equipment and Engineering Technology Research Center and R&D Site (office, laboratory and pilot plant) of 6300 square meters, and has more than 30 research and development personnel, and the total value of test equipment is about RMB 8 million. At the same time, the R&D Center has also been identified as Jiangsu Foreign Capital R&D Institution, Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation, Suqian Enterprise Technology Center, etc. To speed up the pace of technology research and development and cultivate professional talents, the R&D Center extensively conducts industry-university- research cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other relevant schools and departments.
